    8. Placement seats are allocated for eligible regular employees (MOs/MMOs) of the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (P\&SHC) with a minimum of two years of regular service. These seats are available for postgraduate training in General Surgery, General Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Paediatrics at accredited DHQ Hospitals under P&SHC, as well as at Combined Military Hospitals in Lahore and Rawalpindi, and the Armed Forces Bone Marrow Transplant Centre, Rawalpindi.     9. The last date was 12th June 2025, which was extended to 16th June. Check the official website at this link: http://prp.phf.gop.pk/
    10. An important change in this induction is that candidates above 40 years of age cannot apply.
    11. Requirement of NOCs for employees of the SHC&ME, P&SHCD, Social Security Institutes, PKLI, or any other department under the Government of Punjab, as well as other public sector employees: Obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from their respective administrative departments. These NOCs must be uploaded to the portal as a mandatory requirement during the application process, as no applications from public sector employees will be processed without the NOC.
    12. The list of rejected applicants was published on June 24, 2025, and a Grievance Committee addressed concerns on June 26 and 27, 2025, at King Edward Medical University, Lahore.
    13. The gazette was displayed on 7th July 2025. Candidates who had any objections or requests for amendments appeared before the Grievance Committee on 8th July 2025 at King Edward Medical University, Lahore, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
    14. The final grievance hearing was held on 17th July 2025 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at KEMU, Lahore.
