The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has opened applications for affiliation of public and private sector medical and dental institutions offering postgraduate training programs leading to MS, MD, and MDS qualifications.
Who can apply?

- Located within the Province of Punjab (public or private)
- Recognized/accredited by PM&DC for the postgraduate program(s) applied for
- Compliant with PM&DC Postgraduate Education Standards & Regulations 2023 and MD/MS/MDS Regulations 2024
- Able to provide documentary evidence of faculty, teaching hospital, training facilities, and approved seats
How to apply
- Download the prescribed proforma from www.uhs.edu.pk, attach all required documents, pay the applicable fee, and submit it signed and stamped by the Head of Institution / Principal / Chief Executive.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Last date for submission: 13 April 2026
