- Radiation Oncology (requires FCPS-I in Medicine, Surgery and Radiology)
- Medical Oncology (requires 2 year training in Internal Medicine; those who cleared IMM will be preferred)
- Orthopaedic Surgery (requires 1 year training in General Surgery)
- Pulmonology, Nephrology, Cardiology (require 2 year training in Internal Medicine)
- Gastroenterology (requires FCPS in Internal Medicine)
- Eligibility: MBBS, 1 year house job, FCPS-I in relevant discipline

- Clinical Pathology, ENT, Ophthalmology
- Eligibility: MBBS, 1 year house job
Diploma
- Diploma in Pediatrics Medicine
- Eligibility: MBBS, 1 year house job
Fellowship
- Fellowship in PET CT
- Eligibility: FCPS, FRCR or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine

- Applications must be filled online through the Ziauddin University website: admission.zu.edu.pk
- Candidates will have to pass an entry test and interview for selection.
- Candidates should give their preference for any of the campuses at the time of filling the online application.
- Training will start from the 1st week of July, 2026.
