1. Membership Access

  • Membership grants access only to the benefits included in the selected plan.
  • Access is personal and must not be shared, transferred, or resold.
  • Membership begins once payment is confirmed and access is activated.

2. Subscription Period

  • Membership remains valid for the duration of the purchased plan.
  • Access automatically expires at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.

3. Payments

  • All membership fees must be paid in advance.
  • Prices are subject to change for future purchases without prior notice. Existing memberships are not affected.

4. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • A refund request will only be considered if it is submitted within 30 minutes of membership activation, provided no significant use of the membership has occurred.
  • After 30 minutes from activation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Website & WhatsApp Services

  • UPMED strives to provide uninterrupted access, but does not guarantee continuous availability of the website or WhatsApp services.
  • Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle members to refunds or compensation.

6. Content Usage

  • All content provided through UPMED is for personal educational and informational purposes only.
  • Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing paid content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Account Responsibility

  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • UPMED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, unauthorised sharing, or fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Membership Benefits

  • UPMED may update, modify, or improve membership features, services, or content at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • UPMED is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its website, WhatsApp services, or membership content.
