Refund/Return Policy

As UPMED provides digital memberships and online services, membership fees are generally non-refundable. A refund request will only be considered if it is submitted within 30 minutes of membership activation and no significant use of the membership has occurred.

After 30 minutes from activation, or once the membership has been substantially used, no refunds or returns will be issued. If a payment is charged in error or duplicate, users should contact UPMED promptly for review and assistance.
