Submission Process:
Go to https://cpsp.edu.pk/rtmc, and choose “FCPS II Training Registration Form (For new Trainees).” Start by selecting your nationality, FCPS-I status (passed/exempted), and entering your enrollment number and email to receive a verification code. Use the code to access the application form, fill in personal details, and in the term section, enter when you passed FCPS-I (e.g., January 2024). Select your institute, group, department, supervisor’s name, joining date, and preferred payment method, then submit the form to generate a PDF. Pay the fee, and the PDF will be sent to your email for further processing.
