Admissions: Certificate in Family Medicine (Six-Month Programme) at UHS Lahore
The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to the Certificate in Family Medicine programme.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS degree recognized by PM&DC.
- Valid PM&DC registration.
- One year house job completed.
- At least 50% marks in the UHS Entry Test.
- Preference shall be given to candidates with higher qualifications and/or post-house job clinical experience.
Programme Structure (6 months)
- Online teaching: 4 days per month.
- Two contact sessions of 2 days each after every 3 months at UHS Lahore.
- Six skill workshops (one per month).
- Clinical attachment of 2 days per month.
Fee
- Application processing fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable).
- Course fee: Rs. 73,000, payable at the commencement of the programme.
How to Apply
Apply online through the UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk and upload scanned copies of all required documents and proof of fee payment on the portal. In-service applicants must submit a valid NOC; applicants with foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate. Admissions are strictly on merit.

- Issuance of admittance cards: from July 2, 2026
