- Diploma in Cardiology (Dip Card): AFPGMI / AFIC
- Masters in Health Professions Education (MHPE): KHINAMS
- MS: Clinical Psychology (KHINAMS); Transfusion Medicine (AFPGMI / AFIT)
- MSc Cardiac Anaesthesia: AFPGMI / AFIC
- Clinical Certification: Interventional Radiology; Hybrid Imaging (PET-CT Scan) (AFPGMI / AFIP)

- Admissions open: Tuesday, October 6, 2026
- Last date to apply online: Friday, October 30, 2026, 1600 hours (fee Rs 3,000, non-refundable)
- Registration with late fee: Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 1600 hours (Rs 5,000, non-refundable)
- Session starts: January 4, 2027 (Dip Card, PhD, MPhil, MHPE, MS Transfusion Medicine, MSc Cardiac Anaesthesia, MSN); February 15, 2027 (Psychology programs and Clinical Certification)
Important notes:
- Valid GAT / HAT (General) result with at least 50% score is mandatory for MPhil Basic Sciences at AM College / AFPGMI
- Government / semi-government employees must apply through their departments; NOC is required for final selection
- 5% seats reserved for children of Overseas Pakistanis
- Foreign qualifications need an equivalence certificate from IBCC / HEC and PM&DC
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Entry test syllabus and timing will be shared on the NUMS website and by email.
How to apply: Fill the application form online at www.numspak.edu.pk (eligibility criteria and detailed schedule are also there) and deposit the processing fee at any Habib Bank Ltd branch. Hard copies are not accepted.
