Continental Medical College Lahore / Hayat Memorial Teaching Hospital invites applications for the following postgraduate positions:
- FCPS Part-II Trainee (General Surgery)
- FCPS Part-II Trainee (Orthopedics)
- FCPS Part-II Trainee (Obs/Gynae)
- FCPS Part-II Trainee (Radiology)
Documents required (attach with handwritten application)
- MBBS degree
- Detailed mark sheets of all professional examinations of MBBS
- Attempt certificates of professional examinations
- House job certificate
- PMDC registration certificate
- Letter of FCPS-1
- CNIC and 3 passport size pictures
- Others, if any (relevant experience, distinction, extra curricular activity, research paper etc.)

Submit the application in the office of HR along with all the documents mentioned above. Application processing fee: Rs. 2000/-. Failure to provide complete information/documents or providing false information will result in immediate exclusion from the induction process.
