- Pediatrics: 2 seats
- Eye: 1 seat
- ENT: 1 seat
- Surgery: 2 seats
- Haematology: 1 seat
- Microbiology: 1 seat
- Anaesthesia: 4 seats (MCPS applications may be considered subject to non-availability of FCPS applicants)

Submit applications to the Training Office, CMH Sialkot. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
