The Aga Khan University invites applications for a Research Associate in the Section of Dermatology, Department of Medicine, Karachi. MBBS graduates are eligible.
Eligibility
- Qualification: MBBS, or MSc in a science subject (preferably Epidemiology or Biostatistics) from a reputable local or international university
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant research experience, preferably including literature search, data collection, data management and manuscript writing
- Good research, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SPSS, EndNote, REDCap and EpiData is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Support research projects from protocol development to manuscript submission
- Assist faculty and residents with manuscript and synopsis preparation and submission
- Maintain research databases, publication repositories, protocols and ERC documents
- Support grant and ERC submissions, DRC meetings, workshops and Annual Research Day
- Provide technical support for research software (EndNote, SPSS, plagiarism software)
