Research Specialist (RSV Project), Department of Paediatrics & Child Health
The Aga Khan University, Karachi invites applications for a Research Specialist for an RSV research project in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health.
- Qualification: MBBS, or MSc in Epidemiology & Statistics, MPH, Master’s in Health Policy & Management or equivalent; Good Clinical Practice certification preferred
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of managing research studies, supervising data collection, conducting analyses and drafting manuscripts
- Experience in training study teams and willingness to travel frequently to study sites
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all project activities and participant follow-up as per study protocol
- Monitor and report protocol deviations, and develop SOPs and QA/QC plans
- Train study staff and ensure complete data filing and archiving
- Prepare progress reports, research proposals and scientific publications
