Requirements
- MBBS with a valid Pakistan Medical Commission license
- Completed structured postgraduate training in Paediatrics from a reputable institution
- FCPS or MRCP in Paediatrics
- Excellent teaching, procedural and teamwork skills, and willingness to work shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise inpatient and outpatient services with senior faculty, lead daily team rounds, make care plans and expedite discharges.
- Teach and train undergraduates and postgraduates.
- Lead unit quality initiatives, and contribute to complaint reviews, root cause analysis and General Paediatrics performance improvement.
