Professor, Associate Professor and Senior Registrar of Cardiology
Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites applications for newly created posts (BS-18 and above) at the Newly Established Cardiac Center (Cardiology Unit-II) gifted by the UAE Government at SZMC/SZH, Rahim Yar Khan, on adhoc basis for one year or till the arrival of the regular incumbent, whichever is earlier, as per Recruitment Policy 2022.
1. Professor of Cardiology
- Posts: 1
- BPS-20 plus admissible allowances and Special Allowance Rs. 80,000 per month; private practice or share according to rules
- Age: 35 to 50 years
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent plus FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty (or equivalent recognized by PMC), as prescribed for Assistant Professor
- Experience: 3 years teaching experience as Associate Professor, or total 8 to 9 years teaching experience as Assistant / Associate Professor with at least 5 research papers published in a standard medical journal
2. Associate Professor of Cardiology
- Posts: 2
- BPS-19 plus admissible allowances and Special Allowance Rs. 65,000 per month
- Age: 30 to 50 years
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent plus FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty (or equivalent recognized by PMC)
- Experience: 5 years teaching experience as Assistant Professor in the specialty with at least 3 research papers published in a standard medical journal
3. Senior Registrar Cardiology
- Posts: 19
- BPS-18 plus admissible allowances and Special Allowance Rs. 40,000 per month
- Age: 25 to 45 years
- Qualification: MBBS or equivalent plus FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty; if none available, the same in General Surgery or Medicine with three years post-graduation experience in the specialty

- Attach two sets of attested copies: Matric, Intermediate, MBBS degree and detailed marks, postgraduate qualifications, domicile (Punjab), CNIC, two photographs, PM&DC registration, experience certificates, published research papers, and quota certificates if applicable
- Candidates domiciled in any district of Punjab can apply; government servants should apply through proper channel with NOC
- Apply separately for each post and write the post serial number on the envelope
- No TA/DA for interview
