Regional MNCH Coordinator and other posts at PPHI Balochistan
People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan invites applications for the following vacancies on a purely temporary basis.
Regional MNCH Coordinator
- Posts: 05 (Basima (Washuk), Khuzdar, Quetta, Naseerabad, Loralai Regional Offices)
- Salary: Rs. 200,000 gross pay
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institution with valid PMDC registration. Preference to candidates with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health (MPH / MCPS / FCPS Community Medicine or equivalent) with relevant experience in MNCH, public health program management, monitoring and coordination.
Other posts open to MBBS graduates
- District Manager: 09 posts (all over province), Rs. 225,000 gross pay. A BS-17/18 officer of CSS/BCS cadres (preferably 2 years service in government), applying through proper channel; OR Master’s in Social Science, Executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Data & Monitoring Officer: 01 post (Head Office), Rs. 180,000 gross pay. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS or equivalent with 2 years of relevant field experience.
- M&E Officer: 08 posts (Basima (Washuk), Khuzdar, Quetta, Naseerabad, Loralai, Barkhan, Sherani and Kohlu), Rs. 85,000 gross pay. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Sciences, MBA, MBBS or equivalent with 2 years of relevant field experience.

Terms and conditions
- Positions are temporary for one year initially, extendable on annual performance report
- Age limit: 18 to 50 years
- Local domicile holders will be given preference
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview
- No TA/DA for test / interview
- Risk Allowance and P4P (Pay for Performance) admissible as per PPHI-B policy, in addition to salary
