Night Duty Administrator required at PAF Hospital Islamabad
Qualification and Experience:
- MPH / MBBS or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of hospital operations and extensive experience of at least 5 years in hospital administration.
- Experience at a similar position in a healthcare institute with knowledge of local by-laws, and experience of Accident & Emergency or Critical Care, will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all administrative matters of hospital operations in the night shift.
- Incident handling, conflict management, safety and security, risk and disaster management, and departmental coordination for smooth flow of processes during duty hours.
- Represents the hospital as key leader during off hours and coordinates issues to the appropriate level for problem solving.
- Resolves problems faced by patients during night hours, both services and medical related, with the concerned department.
- Facilitates all stakeholders in providing quality care services to hospitalized patients, visitors, hospital and medical staff.
- Maintains liaison with internal and external agencies and authorities.
