Qualification & Experience
- MBBS with valid PMDC registration
- 1 to 3 years of hospital-based experience in Emergency or Critical Care
- Strong clinical decision-making and emergency handling skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose and manage emergency cases
- Initial stabilisation and treatment of critical patients
- Proper documentation and maintenance of patient records
- Supervise nursing and support staff in the ER during the shift
- Adhere to hospital emergency and infection control protocols
