Admission Notice 2026: Institute of Health Professions Education & Research (IHPER), KMU
Diploma in Health Professions Education (DHPE), 1 Year
- Modules: Educational Psychology; Advanced Teaching & Learning; Curriculum Development & Management; Assessment & Evaluation.
- Eligibility: MBBS/BDS, MD or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC, BS/MSc Nursing (PNC recognized), DPT/MSc Physiotherapy, BS/MSc Paramedics, Pharm-D, MSc Psychology, BS/MSc Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences.
- Candidates who have completed the 6-month CHPE are eligible for DHPE with exemption from Modules 1 and 2 (entry into Module 3).
- Computer literacy (MS Office and Internet) is mandatory.
Certificate in Health Professions Education (CHPE), 6 Months
- Two 5-day contact sessions, assignments and an exit examination.
- Modules: Teaching & Learning; Assessment; Curriculum Development; Leadership; Professionalism.
- Eligibility: same as DHPE.
Other programs
- Certificate of Artificial Intelligence in Research (CAiR), 3 months (six sessions on alternate weekends).
- Certificate of Artificial Intelligence in Education (CAiE), 3 months (six sessions on alternate weekends).
- Eligibility for CAiR/CAiE: undergraduate or postgraduate university students, teachers and researchers; proficiency in computer and internet use is mandatory.
