1. Senior Registrar, Anesthesia & Pain Management
- Education: Postgraduate degree (FCPS/PhD) or equivalent in the relevant subject
- Experience: Less than one year of post-fellowship experience
Responsibilities:
- Plan and give anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgery, including pre-anaesthetic evaluation and airway management
- Provide acute and chronic pain management, including interventional procedures
- Care for critically ill patients in the SICU and PACU; provide advanced life support
- Take part in CME, training, quality and safety activities and research

2. Assistant Manager, Quality & Monitoring Directorate
- Education: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN or a Bachelor’s in Healthcare or a related discipline. A Master’s in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management/TQM or Epidemiology, and a diploma or certification in healthcare quality, are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years with a Master’s (including at least 1 year in a supervisory role), or minimum 6 years with a Bachelor’s (including at least 2 years in a supervisory role)
Responsibilities:
- Support quality management systems, JCI accreditation and regulatory compliance
- Train staff on quality improvement and patient safety; maintain credentialing and privileging records
- Support incident reporting, root cause analysis and the risk register
- Analyse quality data and KPIs and handle patient complaints
