- Consultant (Adult Cardiac Surgery): FCPS (Cardiac Surgery) or equivalent; 6-7 years of post FCPS experience in Cardiac Surgery in a tertiary healthcare setup. Preference to CPSP supervisor.

- Consultant (Pediatric Emergency Medicine): FCPS (Pediatric Medicine) with Institutional Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or equivalent; 5-6 years of post FCPS experience in a tertiary healthcare setup
- Consultant (Psychiatry): FCPS (Psychiatry) or equivalent; 6-7 years of post FCPS experience in a tertiary healthcare setup
- Senior Registrar (Pediatric Cardiology): FCPS (Pediatric Medicine) or equivalent, with fellowship completed in Pediatric Cardiology
- Senior Medical Officer (Neonatal Pediatrics): MBBS with MCPS (Peads) trained or DCH passed; two years of structured training completed or more than five years of experience in a tertiary healthcare setup in the relevant field
