Eligibility
- Education: FCPS or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily blood center operations, staffing rosters, inventory, equipment and quality control.
- Technical involvement at testing benches, and review of technical reports, temperature charts and data sheets.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, update laboratory procedures, and supervise staff training for accreditation.
- Plan and supervise blood drives and donor counseling, and serve on the accreditation team.
