Chief Medical Officer (Head Office, Lahore)
Fatima Group requires an experienced Chief Medical Officer to oversee employee healthcare services at its Head Office in Lahore. The role covers employee medical assessments, healthcare coordination, medical claims and bills, hospital and doctor networking, employee wellness, preventive healthcare and emergency preparedness.
Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized institution with specialization in Medicine
- FCPS (Internal Medicine)
Experience
- Proven experience in clinical assessment, medical administration and employee healthcare management
- Strong professional network with hospitals, consultants, clinics and healthcare providers
Main duties
- Medical checkups and health assessments of employees; referrals to specialists and hospitals
- Medical advice to HR and management on employee health matters
- Review, verify and approve employee medical bills and claims; coordinate reimbursements with HR and Finance
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics and specialist doctors
- Lead employee wellness, health screening and preventive healthcare programs
- Prepare medical emergency response plans (including pandemics and epidemics) and support management during medical emergencies
