- Only Sindh domiciled candidates are eligible.

- Relevant international qualifications will be given preference.
- A pre-interview test (MCQs) may be held for shortlisting; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Government / public sector employees must apply through proper channel with a copy of NOC.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
