Induction of Civilian FCPS-II Trainees (Urology and Nephrology)
Applications are invited from suitable civilian candidates for the residency program (FCPS) at Armed Forces Institute of Urology (AFIU) Rawalpindi in the disciplines of Urology and Nephrology.
Training outline
- Induction will be done in the first year of training in Urology and Nephrology
- Trainees will be paid honorarium according to their training year
Selection criteria
- Applicants must have passed FCPS Part-I in General Surgery / Medicine and completed training in General Surgery / Medicine
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a panel
- No TA/DA will be paid for the interview
- Training will start after formal approval from the concerned authority
- Candidates getting salaries from their own governments will undergo the same selection procedure but will not get any honorarium
How to apply
Submit applications (sequence wise) by hand / by post to “Admin Officer, Armed Forces Institute of Urology, Rawalpindi Cantonment” along with photocopies of the following documents:
- Application (typed) addressed to Commandant AFIU Rawalpindi
- CNIC copy
- Matric / FSc detailed mark sheet / certificate
- MBBS degree and transcript plus DMC (prof wise)
- Valid PMDC / PMC registration
- House job certificate
- FCPS-I passing certificate
- Police verification
- Experience certificate of General Surgery / Medicine training
- NOC from Ministry / Department / Organization concerned for training at services hospitals / Armed Forces Institute, if already employed
- 5 passport size photographs
- Any other supporting document
Original documents are required at the time of interview.
