Paediatrician
ChildLife Foundation, which runs children’s emergency rooms and telemedicine centres in public sector hospitals across Pakistan, requires a full-time Paediatrician in Multan.
Qualification
- MBBS with current licence/registration to practise as a Paediatrician in Pakistan
- Postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics (FCPS, MCPS, DCH or equivalent) preferred
- Experience or training in Neonatology
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
Main duties
- Assess, diagnose and treat infants, children and adolescents in an emergency and primary care setting
- Order and interpret tests, prescribe treatment and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Counsel families, document care and take part in quality improvement
