Officer (Quality Improvement & Patient Safety)

- Qualification: Preferably MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing (BSN) or a related degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in quality management, patient safety, healthcare quality or hospital accreditation
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient safety walk rounds in clinical and non-clinical departments
- Monitor and report on clinical practices, processes and incident reporting from a patient safety perspective
- Run the patient feedback and complaint management system and patient satisfaction surveys
- Prepare monthly and quarterly quality management reports and take part in internal quality audits
- Conduct awareness sessions on quality improvement, accreditation standards and patient safety
