Regional Manager (Quality & Monitoring Directorate)
Indus Hospital & Health Network, QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore (North Region).
- Qualification: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, or a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management/TQM, Epidemiology or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, including 3 years in a managerial role, or minimum 10 years with a Bachelor’s degree, including 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the quality of clinical and non-clinical services across IHHN facilities in the North Region
- Work with medical, operational and administrative departments to implement quality initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations and drive continuous improvement in patient experience
