Eligibility
- Education: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, or a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related discipline. A Master’s in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management/TQM, Epidemiology or similar is preferred. A diploma or certification in healthcare quality is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years with a Master’s, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role, OR minimum 6 years with a Bachelor’s, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Job description
Support quality assurance, regulatory compliance and accreditation across the hospital. Monitor quality indicators, oversee incident reporting and risk analysis, train staff on quality and patient safety, analyze performance data, and support continuous quality improvement.
