1. Manager, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety
- Education: MBBS/BDS/D-Pharm/DPT/BSN with MBA/MSN/Masters in Healthcare Management/MS Public Health
- Experience: 8 years in a healthcare institution or related field, with exposure to quality/accreditation
- Lead JCIA-related quality initiatives, draft institutional policies and audit performance improvement.
- Drive compliance with Joint Commission, Sindh Health Commission and Punjab Health Commission standards.
- Manage quality projects end to end, oversee root-cause analysis, review clinical audits, track KPIs and train staff on QI tools such as FOCUS-PDCA.
2. Deputy Manager, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety
- Education: MBBS/BDS/D-Pharm/DPT/BSN with MBA/MSN/Masters in Healthcare Management/MS Public Health
- Experience: 5 to 6 years in a healthcare institution or related field, with exposure to quality/accreditation programs
- Support planning and execution of JCIA accreditation and quality improvement activities.
- Conduct quality audits, tracers and compliance reviews, and coordinate improvement projects.
- Support risk management, incident reporting and root-cause analysis, and prepare quality reports and dashboards.
