Eligibility (both posts)
- MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission and FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty, or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMC.
- If none is available with the above: MBBS with FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board (General Surgery or Medicine, as relevant to the specialty) or equivalent, with three years’ post-graduation practical experience in the respective specialty from a recognized institute.
- Age: 25 to 45 years plus 5 years general relaxation (up to 50 years) for male candidates; 25 to 45 years plus 8 years general relaxation (up to 53 years) for female candidates.
- Male, female and transgender candidates domiciled in any district of Punjab can apply. Women are encouraged to apply.

- Apply on the prescribed application proforma available at www.szmc.edu.pk, by registered dak, courier or by hand during office hours. Mention the serial number of the post on the envelope and application; apply separately for each post.
- Attach two sets of attested copies of Matric/O Level, Intermediate/A Level, MBBS degree and detailed marks, postgraduate qualification, Punjab domicile, CNIC, PM&DC/PMC registration, experience and faculty registration certificates, research publications, two photographs, and quota certificates if applicable.
- Government servants must apply through proper channel with NOC.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA admissible.
