Professor
- Departments: Anatomy, Pathology (Histopathology), Pharmacology, Anesthesiology, Paediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology and Radiology
- Qualification: As per PM&DC rules/criteria
- Pay package: PKR 425,000 per month
Associate Professor
- Departments: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, ENT, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Medical Education, Ophthalmology and Neurology
- Qualification: As per PM&DC rules/criteria
- Pay package: PKR 325,000 per month
Assistant Professor
- Departments: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Forensic Medicine, Surgery, Medicine, Gynae/Obs, Paediatrics, Family Medicine, Psychiatry, Behavioral Science, Orthopaedic Surgery, Accident and Emergency
- Qualification: As per PM&DC rules/criteria
- Pay package: PKR 200,000 per month
Demonstrator
- Department: Basic Sciences
- Qualification: As per PM&DC rules/criteria
- Pay package: PKR 100,000 per month
Terms and conditions
- Contract appointment under Contract Policy 2006 of GoAJ&K for an initial period of 3 years (extendable).
- Merit basis; preference to AJK nationals.
- Age limit as per Government/PM&DC policy.
- Department of Health employees working in the teaching hospital of the Medical College Muzaffarabad must apply through proper channel and will draw salary from their parent departments; teaching allowance as per Government policy.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA admissible.
