Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services (SIEHS 1122): District Manager (Badin)

SIEHS 1122 is looking for a District Manager to lead its EMS operations in Badin, Sindh. Candidates from Medical, MSPH, MBA, DRR and Rescue backgrounds may apply.

• Education: MBBS / MBA / MSPH, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management / Social Sciences / Health
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in operations (EMS or reputable health organizations preferred)
• Skills: Strong leadership, staff scheduling, MS Office proficiency and conflict resolution
• Location: Badin, Sindh

Key Responsibilities

• HR leadership: manage staff rosters, performance coaching and regional disciplinary procedures.
• Fleet excellence: oversee ambulance mechanical fitness, equipment functionality and infection control.
• Station oversight: inventory audits, daily operational reporting and safety compliance.
• Strategic coordination: liaison with Command & Control to meet critical EMS KPIs.
