ChildLife Foundation is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to oversee daily operations, strengthen service delivery, and support quality patient care.

Eligibility

• MBA (Healthcare Management) or a professional degree in health or healthcare management from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or 10 years in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care.
• Develop operational plans, monitor expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teams, coordinating with HR to address staffing needs.
• Implement organizational policies, coordinate audits, and support monitoring and evaluation.
• Maintain effective relationships with hospital leadership, government officials, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Assess and manage operational and patient safety risks and provide regular progress reports to management.

Required Skills

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
