Virtual Medical Assistant, BillingFreedom Lahore

BillingFreedom is hiring Virtual Medical Assistants to support US/UK-based healthcare clinics from its Lahore office (full-time, permanent, in-office, night shift).

Duties

• Manage patient scheduling, intake forms and electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
• Coordinate patient care, prescription refills and insurance verifications
• Handle calls from patients, pharmacies and clinics
• Provide administrative support to international physicians

Requirements

• A degree in Nursing, MBBS, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences or a relevant healthcare / biomedical field
• Prior experience as a VMA or in medical billing / healthcare BPO highly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
