The Centre for Blood and Bone Marrow Diseases (CBMD), Multan is hiring a Medical Officer for a full-time, on-site role. CBMD is a specialized facility for blood disorders, bone marrow diseases and blood cancers.

Role

• Direct clinical care of patients with blood and bone marrow diseases: assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up
• Manage chemotherapy and supportive care under established protocols
• Work with hematologists, oncologists, surgeons and other healthcare professionals; take part in clinical teaching, case discussions, audits and research

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent recognized medical degree with valid registration with the relevant medical council
• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine, including diagnosis and management of hematological disorders; experience in hematology, oncology or internal medicine settings is highly desirable
• ICU experience and exposure to Paediatrics will be an added advantage
• Good documentation, record-keeping and basic computer skills
