Fellowship in Gynaecologic Oncology, SKMCH&RC Lahore

Two-year fellowship to train highly qualified gynaecologic oncologists at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, which sees about 5,000 new cancer patients a year with a multidisciplinary, site-specialist approach and a wide range of open and minimal access cancer surgery.

Eligibility

• FCPS in Gynaecology or equivalent
• Valid PMDC / PMC registration

Training

• Two-year training post
• Patient care in outpatient clinics, inpatient floors and operation theatres
• On-call rota for the emergency assessment room
• Academic activities: presentations, research project, audit, and teaching junior doctors and nurses
