Qualification and experience

• MBBS with MPH, DPH or MHA
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the management of a tertiary care health establishment
• Strong management and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of service delivery standards and external bodies such as PMDC and Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC)

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations and coordinate hospital services
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements and patient safety standards
• Monitor clinical performance indicators, service quality and patient experience
