Qualification

• MBBS (mandatory)
• 5 to 7 years of clinical and administrative experience

Responsibilities

• Lead daily OPD clinical operations and patient flow; improve patient satisfaction
• Organise monthly awareness sessions and safety meetings; set up and oversee the Wellbeing Clinic at Nazimabad
• Guide duty doctors on cost-effective referrals; monitor formulary adherence
• Review clinical data, investigation records and chronic disease registration
