One Year Diploma in Infection Prevention & Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship 2027

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Centre (PKLI-RC), Lahore offers a one-year Diploma in Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) and Antimicrobial Stewardship (ASP), starting January 2027 in hybrid sessions. The programme combines theory with hands-on training to prevent healthcare-associated infections, improve patient safety and promote appropriate antimicrobial use. Accredited by the American Association of Continuing Medical Education (AACME).

Admission requirements

• MBBS / BSN / MSN / Medical Microbiologist / Infectious Disease Specialist or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical areas

Duration

• 1 year (2 semesters), hybrid sessions

Fee for 2027 (non-refundable)

• Application fee: PKR 1,000; course fee: PKR 105,000 (excluding travel and accommodation)
• International students: application fee USD 10; course fee USD 550
