1. Consultant Sonologist
Key responsibilities
- Perform and interpret ultrasound examinations
- Prepare accurate and timely diagnostic reports
- Ensure patient safety, privacy and comfort during procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and follow hospital protocols
- Coordinate with referring clinicians on findings when required
Qualification and experience
- MBBS with a relevant postgraduate qualification in Radiology / Sonology
- Experience in performing and reporting ultrasound examinations
- Valid PMDC registration
- Strong clinical, diagnostic and communication skills
Duty schedule
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Pick and drop service provided (female only)
2. Manager Quality Assurance
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor hospital-wide quality assurance and quality improvement programmes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as SHCC and local regulations
- Conduct clinical and operational audits, prepare audit reports and monitor corrective action plans
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure effective incident reporting
- Maintain and update hospital policies, SOPs and quality manuals
- Coordinate quality training sessions, drills and workshops for staff
- Monitor KPIs on patient safety, clinical indicators and service quality
- Work with medical, nursing and administrative teams to strengthen the quality culture
Qualification and experience
- MBBS; additional certification in Healthcare Quality Management preferred
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient safety and quality frameworks
- Excellent communication, analytical and report-writing skills
