Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Karachi. The department offers general obstetrics and gynaecology services along with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynaecologic Oncology, Urogynaecology and Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology.

Qualification

• MBBS with FCPS, MRCOG, American Board or equivalent qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Experience

• At least 2 to 3 years of clinical experience after postgraduate qualification as an Instructor or equivalent, with active participation in teaching and scholarly activities

Duties

• Teaching and other educational activities at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
• High-quality patient care and clinical services
• Research with senior faculty, including applying for intramural research grants
• Journal clubs, clinical innovation, and continuum-of-care initiatives such as parenting and lactation education
