MBBS Doctor as Clinical Manager

Hawk Revenue Group, a medical billing and revenue cycle management company, needs an MBBS doctor for a full time, on-site Clinical Manager role in Lahore.

• Qualification: MBBS, with good knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• Experience: team management or leadership in healthcare preferred (similar role an advantage, not mandatory)
• Good English communication and comfort with medical and billing software

Duties:

• Oversee clinical operations and lead a team of medical professionals
• Liaise with healthcare providers and monitor clinical documentation for billing and coding
• Work with billing and claims teams to reduce denials and ensure compliance
• Support training on clinical documentation and medical software
