Senior Registrar (Anaesthesia & Pain Management)

Indus Hospital & Health Network invites applications for a Senior Registrar in Anaesthesia & Pain Management at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Hospital, Muzaffargarh.

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree (FCPS / PhD) or equivalent in the relevant subject
• Experience: Less than 1 year of post-fellowship experience

Main duties

• Plan and give anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgical cases, including pre-anaesthetic evaluation
• Monitor vital functions, manage the airway and ventilation during and after surgery
• Provide acute and chronic pain relief, including interventional procedures, and counsel patients and families
• Care for critically ill patients in the SICU, give advanced life support and manage recovery in PACU and the surgical ward
