Registrar – Paediatric Cardiac Surgery at Rehman Medical Institute Peshawar

Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), Peshawar invites applications for Registrar Paediatric Cardiac Surgery (Medical Services). Status: Permanent.

Eligibility

• FCPS (Cardiac Surgery), residency/training completed
• Valid PMDC licence (mandatory)
• Preference: Post-training clinical experience in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery, particularly in reputable cardiac surgery or tertiary care hospitals

Job Description

• Pre-operative assessment and management of paediatric cardiac surgery patients
• Assist in paediatric cardiac surgical procedures and post-operative care
• Monitor patients in the Paediatric Cardiac ICU and manage complications under supervision
• Emergency care and resuscitation of paediatric cardiac patients
• Coordinate with Cardiology, Anaesthesia, ICU and other departments
• Maintain patient records and take part in departmental teaching and clinical activities
