Qualification & Experience

• MBBS with valid PMDC registration
• 1 to 3 years of hospital-based experience in Emergency or Critical Care
• Strong clinical decision-making and emergency handling skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and manage emergency cases
• Initial stabilisation and treatment of critical patients
• Proper documentation and maintenance of patient records
• Supervise nursing and support staff in the ER during the shift
• Adhere to hospital emergency and infection control protocols
