Regional Manager (Quality & Monitoring Directorate)

Indus Hospital & Health Network, QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore (North Region).

Qualification: MBBS, BDS, Pharm-D, BScN, or a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (MBA/MHA), Public Health (MPH/MSPH), Quality Management/TQM, Epidemiology or a similar discipline is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, including 3 years in a managerial role, or minimum 10 years with a Bachelor’s degree, including 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare

Oversee and improve the quality of clinical and non-clinical services across IHHN facilities in the North Region
Work with medical, operational and administrative departments to implement quality initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations and drive continuous improvement in patient experience
