1 to 5 years of relevant experience after MBBS and house job
Valid BLS certification and valid PMDC license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Assess patients on haemodialysis, evaluate clinical status and identify complications.
Coordinate care with nephrologists, dietitians and nurses, and educate patients and families.
Maintain accurate records of treatment, observations and interventions.
Ensure dialysis practices follow protocols and regulatory standards, and take part in quality assurance.
