Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, Jinnah Medical Construction Company invites applications for the position of Executive Director to provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership for the commissioning and management of Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre (JMC&RC), Islamabad.

Executive Director (ED), JMC&RC Islamabad

• Education: MBBS required. Masters in Healthcare/Hospital Management, Public Health, or MBA preferred
• Experience: 15+ years progressive experience, including 5+ years in senior executive roles (CEO, ED, COO, Hospital Director)
• Key assets: Managing 400+ bed tertiary/teaching hospitals, hospital commissioning, clinical governance and financial management
• Age: Preferably 45 to 65 years (as of closing date)
• Tenure: 3-year performance-based contract
• Remuneration: Competitive market-based package with standard executive benefits
