Director Quality and Director Licensing (Contract Basis)

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission invites applications from qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals for the following positions.

1. Director Quality (01 post)

  • Qualification: Medical/Dental graduate with a master’s degree in health management/public health or equivalent from an HEC recognised institution/university. Certification in quality management of health care establishments will be an added advantage. OR sixteen (16) years of education in medical sciences with at least a certificate course in healthcare quality.
  • Experience: At least ten (10) years of post-qualification experience on management positions in public/private sectors with adequate knowledge of laws, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to health care establishments. Preference for experience in quality assurance and quality awareness in the health sector.
  • Age limit: 57 years

2. Director Licensing (01 post)

  • Qualification: Medical/Dental graduate with a master’s degree in health management/public health or equivalent from an HEC recognised institution/university. Certification with a health care service accreditation/certification body will be an added advantage. OR sixteen (16) years of education in medical sciences with a master’s degree in health management, public health or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least ten (10) years of post-qualification experience on management positions in public/private sectors with adequate knowledge of laws, rules, regulations and procedures pertaining to health care establishments, and registration and licensing. Preference for experience in planning, development, standardization, accreditation and regulation of health care institutions.
  • Age limit: 57 years

Terms and conditions

  • Appointments are purely on contract basis with an attractive market-based salary, commensurate with education and experience
  • Submit the application with CV, two attested passport size photographs, and attested copies of CNIC, educational and experience certificates
  • Clearly mark the title of the position on the top right-hand corner of the envelope
  • Unmarked envelopes, incomplete applications, unattested documents and late applications will not be entertained
  • For foreign degrees, an attested HEC equivalence certificate must be provided

  • Government/semi-government/autonomous employees must apply through proper channel or attach an NOC
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA admissible.
