Manager Clinical Coordination

Capital Care International Hospital (CCIH) and Capital Diagnostic Centre (CDC), Islamabad are seeking a highly organized, proactive and experienced Manager Clinical Coordination to oversee coordination between clinical departments, consultants, healthcare professionals and management.

• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: Islamabad
• Education: MBBS, BS Healthcare Management, BBA, MBA (Healthcare Management), Public Health, or equivalent qualification
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, hospital operations, or related healthcare management roles; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, coordination, leadership and reporting skills; knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows; proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS)

Key responsibilities: Coordinate daily clinical operations across the hospital and diagnostic centre, facilitate communication between consultants, medical officers, nursing staff and management, coordinate consultants’ schedules, monitor patient flow and compliance with quality standards, prepare departmental reports and support quality improvement and accreditation.
